So good to be home

What an adventure!  Had one of the best times of my life, but holy shit does it feels good to be home!!!!  If you know me then you know my potty challenges....boy am I glad to be home!

Drove through 7 states, ate many excellent and interesting meals, saw some amazing things, but most of all....I learned a lot about myself.  I guess spending that much time in a box on wheels with 3 other people can get you thinking about things.  I see myself really appreciating things much more these days. I realized just how much I need my awesome wife to balance me out.  In fact if it weren't for her parting words "practice patience" I don't think I would have made it.  I realized how important family is and how thankful I am for the viejos that have raised me.   Yes, I am thankful for my sister...she's one of the the most loyal young ladies that I know.  Gotta spend more time with my family in New Mexico and I'm looking forward to seeing them all very soon.

Next up on the agenda....nada!
Ella and I are just laying around eating treats and snoozin!

Time to come home

It's been a great trip but it's time to come home!  Vegas was, well Vegas....

We had some of the best food so far on the trip, China Poblano and Capos served up the bomb ass lunch and dinner.

Finally hit the wall last night and got to bed at 9...I know what a sissy!  But I'm rested and ready to see my girls!

See you soon my love!

Here's a parting shot for you, cigar in mouth, my dad still has swag.

Coyote Ugly

My grandpa fell in love with coyote ugly and with one of the bartender/dancers.  I think he may move to Vegas.

Homeward bound

Need sleep!!!  As you know, I'm in bed by 8 everyday.  Not so much this past weekend!  5 am everyday makes for a tired Mexicorn.   Came off the senior beer pong tour to claim the NM beer pong championship with my Primo Nate.

Albuquerque was fantastic.  Got to see all my uncles and cousins and the reunion was a blast!  My grandpa was so happy to be around his brothers and sisters.

So, we're on a break in Holbrook AZ waiting for our Navajo tacos, a tradition since I was a kid coming to visit the family in NM.

Next stop, Vegas baby, Vegas.

New Mexico

It's good to be back where my grandfather grew up.  My cousin and his wife are the best! I'm really enjoying their two boys Lucas and Nathan Jr.

Watching the UFC with all the cousins tonight and the big family reunion tomorrow!
